Stay

1. What time is check-in?Check-in is available starting at 14:00 (2 pm). If you arrive earlier than this, we will hold your luggage for you until your room is available.
2. Can I check-in earlier than 14:00 (2 pm)?We charge an additional fee to check in earlier. The earliest time is at 11:00 am and the fee are as follows:Monday-Friday : 600 JPY per hour per person

   Saturday, Sunday, Japanese National Holiday : 800 JPY per hour per person

   However, early check-in may not be available and depends on availability of the room, so please let us know in advance if you need to check-in earlier.

3. What time is check-out?Check-out time is 10:00 am.
4. Can I extend the time of check-out?We charge an additional fee to continue using your room after check out time up until 14:00 (2pm). The fee are as follows:Monday-Friday : 600 JPY per hour per person

   Saturday, Sunday, Japanese National Holiday : 800 JPY per hour per person

   14:00 (2 pm) or after, you will be charged for a full extra day. Late check-out may not be available and depends on availability of the room.

5. Is there an extra charge for children staying at the hotel?Children 6 years old or younger may stay free in the same room as their parents if they donÅft require an extra bed. For more information please call us.
6. Where is Breakfast served?Japanese and western buffet is served on our Restaurant ÅeBaysideÅf located on 5th floor.

1. Is it possible to send my luggage(s)/parcel(s) in advance of my stay?Yes. Please send them to the following address after making a booking.1-101-1, Sakuragi-cho – Naka-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan  post code 231-0062

   Please make sure your booking name and the name on your shipping label match. We shall not liable for safety or timely arrival of any parcel(s) sent to the hotel.

1. What Items may I borrow?These items are available upon request.

   • We do not lend power transformer(the voltage in Japan is 100V)
   • Irons and Iron boards
   • Electric fans

   These are available at no cost. However, there are a limited number.

1. Does your hotel offer a shuttle bus service to & from Haneda/Narita airport?Unfortunately we do not offer shuttle bus service between our hotel and Narita/Haneda airport. Please visit the Access page for the information of public transportation.
